Mrs. Teller is beginning her 23rd year as an educator in Hanover County Public Schools. She previously served the county as a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing, working with students in pre-k–high school at almost every school in the county, as well as to private preschool and private placements.
Mrs. Teller has an undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, and a graduate degree from Longwood University. She has endorsements in special education-deaf education, elementary education, and school library media, and is currently working toward an additional educational leadership endorsement.

She enjoys reading, playing and listening to music, road trips, and going on geocaching adventures with her family.
